Being awarded a master’s degree by ESTP in 1989, Thierry Locuratolo has accumulated 37 years of experience in the field of civil engineering for transport infrastructure (tunnels, earthworks, engineering structures, multimodal interchange stations, etc.), as well as for industry facilities (household waste/wastewater treatment plants, maintenance centres, refurbishment of nuclear facilities, dams, etc.).
The experience he gained over 18 years with GTM (VINCI), then over 9 years with other companies (RAZEL, NGE Génie Civil), provided him with wide technical expertise as required for high-level professional practice. This background naturally led him from site operational roles to senior management roles, combining business development, design, contract management, risk management, and above all, human resources management.
Since 2016, he has been putting his proficiency at the service of various stakeholders in the construction industry (contractors, owners, and engineering consultants) by establishing his own company, which provides assistance on technical and contractual matters. This company benefits from its acquired commercial, technical and contractual experiences, which are inseparable. It can subsequently ensure the smart resolution of disputes if any.
